Welcome to the 2023 Eden Planner.
This planner adventure began because I couldn't find a tool to help me stay on top of multiple projects, dedicate time to my health, see all my friends, and not burn out. So I developed this planner - a way to create less busy, and more balance.
Now? It's Australia's favourite weekly planner! (According to, well, the best customers on the internet. Also known as, our beloved Eden Planner users.)
HOW IT WORKS
You may have tried planners before that were exceedingly complicated, or that took hours to set up each week. This is not that kind of planner. Each element has been designed to PREVENT the feeling that your planner is adding pressure to your life, and ENCOURAGE steps that feel achievable and sustainable. Also - it makes the whole process fun, because I believe it should be.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?
Within Eden's pages, I will be asking you to think of your life as a garden. I will be shamelessly pushing this gardening metaphor to its absolute limits so, look lively, here we go:
Take a moment to imagine you’re standing on a plot of land. In front of you is a garden, and you look down and realise you are the caretaker of this garden.
Now, consider these four areas of your life:
- WELLNESS
- LEISURE, CREATIVITY & IMPACT
- RELATIONSHIPS
- LIVELIHOOD, CAREER
Imagine that these are all beds in this garden. It's completely up to you what this garden will look like in 1 year, 3 years, and at the end of your life.
Rather than throwing seeds to the wind and seeing what happens, this book will help you take command of what you are currently growing and of what you wish to grow.
