AUSTRALIA

Delivery is available Australia-wide. While we live and die by our premium express service, many of you have requested a cheaper shipping option. Therefore you can now select from:
Premium Express Service (1 Business Day in Metro WA, 1-2 Business Days everywhere else)
Express Australia Post (1-4 Business Days)
Standard Australia Post (4+ Business Days)

Price is dependent on order weight and will display automatically at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery is available in most regions, with the shipping rate calculated at checkout. 

Cost: Shown at checkout.
Timeframe: Standard options and Express options are available for most regions, with the shipping rate calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery online. 

PURCHASING AS A GIFT

Bless your heart. Here's how to arrange a purchase as a gift:

1. Fill in the recipient’s name and address in the Shipping Details section at checkout.
2. Add your own details in the Billing Details section so the tracking can be sent to your inbox, not theirs! And don't fear - there are no receipts inside Eden packages. Those go straight to your inbox.

(Please note that on international labels we have to declare the value of the parcel.)

RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy on damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Having a tool that keeps me focused, inspired, and makes me feel good has transformed my life. I want this for you too. Therefore, if The Eden Planner isn't the organisational tool for you, I will refund you the product price so you can keep searching for the one that is. 

All I ask is you try it out for at least 6 weeks. If after 6 weeks from delivery date you and Eden still haven't clicked, simply send an email to support@theedenplanner.com with the subject line "LOVE IT GUARANTEE", your name and address in the body of the email, and then return your planner to:

Upon receipt of the package, we will refund you the product price back into your bank account.

Please note:
- Shipping costs are not included in your refund, and the cost of the return will be at your expense.
