Don't worry. Eden's MO is progress, not perfection. Every element within Eden's pages has been designed to prevent the feeling that your planner is adding pressure in your life, and instead encourage steps that feel achievable and sustainable. Plus, there's no complicated setting-up each week in this planner, everything is ready for you to dive straight in.

Also – Eden makes the whole process fun, because it should be.

Yes. Within Eden's pages, you have to put up with me squeezing the life out of a gardening metaphor that you will come to know and love. It goes a little something like this: 

I ask you to think of your life as a garden, and of yourself as the caretaker of this garden. Consider the four areas of your life: • Wellness • Recreation • Relationships • Income & Career

Imagine that these are all beds in this garden. It's completely up to you what this garden will look like in 1 year, 3 years, and at the end of your life. Rather than throwing seeds to the wind and seeing what happens, this book will help you take command of what you are currently growing and help you make time for what you wish to grow. We are going to help you create a garden/ life that you feel in control of, proud of, and most importantly, excited by.

Yes! In the Dated and Undated Weekly Eden Planners, Monday - Sunday all have equal amounts of space. Iin the monthly pages of all our planners, all days are equal in size as well.

Simply put – the world is full of holidays! With customers across the globe, it's impossible to include every regional holiday or school term date. Instead, each planner features an annual page at the front you can personalise with the dates that matter most to you, or many customers include them in the spread events section at the top of our weekly layout. (Our Sticker Books also include Holiday stickers to make it even easier!)

It's something I thought deeply about when designing the Undated Eden Planner – and it's one of my favourite things about it. Because the planner is undated, you can skip a week or even a month and simply pick up where you left off, with no blank pages left behind.

Grouping weekly pages in sets of four with a monthly page at the start would undermine that flexibility entirely. There's also something really satisfying about flicking through the monthly spreads together, then turning page by page through your weeks.

Use one of the ribbon markers to keep your current month bookmarked, and the other for your current week — making it easy to move between the two at a glance.

Note: This applies to the Undated Eden Planner only. The Life Designers don't include weekly pages, so the months naturally fall together in that style.

Yes! We offer local pick-up from our shipping HQ in Jandakot, Western Australia. Select 'pick-up' as your delivery option at check-out for further instructions.

Bless your heart, of course you can. Simply:

1. Fill in the recipient’s name and address in the Shipping Details section at checkout.
2. Add your own details in the Billing Details section so the tracking and receipt can be sent to your inbox, not theirs. (Please note that on international labels we have to declare the value of the parcel.)

We have scaled back a bit this year and are shipping all orders from Australia, as we have in previous years. I plan to be back with a vengeance in the UK in 2027.

When making a purchase, please choose carefully! We want you to love your items, but we cannot accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty, as outlined in our Return and refund policy.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and submit a return request immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After 12 (or more!) months of real use, a little wear is a badge of honour – those marks, stains, and grubby fingerprints are a testament to the places you've been and the things you've accomplished.

For light cleaning, a very slightly damp cloth will work a treat on the cover.

And yes – a planner cover is in the works! It's taking time to get it just right, but it is coming. (In the meantime, I won't tell your Eden that you're judging her for being so grubby if you don't!)

There are a few parts that need to arrive at your door when you place an Eden Planner order. These include: the box, the shipping label, our welcome card, and packing tape.

We are very proud that every one of these is plastic-free (yep, even the tape!). What's more, once you remove the tape, the whole lot is home-compostable, even the shipping label.

Hell yeah! So how, exactly, do I compost them?

The first step is to remove your Eden Planner and accessories. Ideally, we won't be composting them. Give them a hug, I bet they're happy to see you. Then, remove the sticky tape and pop it in your general waste (don't worry, it's plastic-free and will break down in landfill). You can now cut the box up into small-ish pieces, labels and all, and place the whole lot in your home compost!

The Eden Planner was dreamed up and designed by me (Sam!) in Fremantle, Western Australia, and is manufactured by one of the top stationery suppliers in in the Guangdong Province of PRC.

I love our printers, and I will always be completely transparent about where Eden is made and why, but in a dream world our planners would be made in Aus. I spent 12 months getting samples made and trying to find a printer who could make Eden on Aussie soil, but no one had the specialised infrastructure or machinery to make the binding, ribbons or tabs for our thousands of planners each year.

I eventually realised that it's not currently feasible to manufacture these planners in Australia and sell them at a reasonable cost to you, our customers.

With every purchase, you are supporting the livelihood of an extremely small business, as well as the livelihoods of all my Australian suppliers and couriers, and my international manufacturers and their families, who help deliver each Eden product safely and with love into your home.

We work closely with all our manufacturers and suppliers to create minimal waste during production, as well as packing and shipping goods to us in compostable cardboard, and zero plastic.

We also ensure our accessories suppliers ship stock to us in cardboard boxes, not individually wrapped in plastic as is customary (absurd, right!).

We only work with companies that hold FSC Chain of Custody certificates.

FSC Certificate holders are required to implement the FSC core labour requirements in their operations and must be able to demonstrate this to external third-party auditors. To comply with the FSC core labour requirements, the organisation must:

• Not use child labour.
• Eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labour.
• Ensure that there is no discrimination in employment and occupation.
• Respect freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining. 

We are really proud of our partnership with our manufacturers, and love creating new products with them for you to enjoy!
