Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy on damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Having a tool that keeps me focussed, inspired, and makes me feel good has transformed my life. I want this for you too. Therefore, if The Eden Planner isn't the organisational tool for you, I will refund you the product price so you can keep searching for the one that is.
All I ask is you try it out for at least 6 weeks. If after 6 weeks from delivery date you and Eden still haven't clicked, simply send an email to support@theedenplanner.com with the subject line "LOVE IT GUARANTEE", your name and address in the body of the email, and then return your planner to:

Upon receipt of the package, I will refund you the product price straight back into your bank account.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are not included in your refund, and the cost of the return will be at your expense.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
