Our very first of the Eden Flex range, and I'm very proud of this one.

Track up to 3 main symptoms and 8 secondary factors on each page. Write your main symptoms in the green header boxes, and your other factors in the empty cells at the bottom. Draw a dot to indicate the severity of your symptom each day. Join the dots and create an easy visualisation of the month.

This has been lovingly designed to fit flawlessly into Eden's B5 Planners including the Undated Eden Planner. (Life Designer Flex range coming soon!).

Want to track something other than symptoms?

No problem. It also comes with an additional blank tracker that you can use to track absolutely anything you like.

How does it work?

Just print it out, stick it in, and voilà!

What do you need?

• Access to a printer. (Your office printer, a library printer, that dodgy B&W printer you've got at home that makes a weird noise. As long as it prints A4, you're on.)
• 1 x piece of A4 paper
• 1 x pair of scissors
• 1 x sticky tape or glue device
